Miami to me is a strange city, mixing flashy and trendy areas with the downside.
So if you stick the first type of areas you'll find a very attractive place with lots of variety.
The hotspot is Southbeach on the miami Beach island just off the coast from downtown.
Here in Southbeach Ocean Drive and Collins roll through the Art Deco District with its architecture form early 19th Century.
It's still very much worth seeing the creativity people put in the buildings those days.
Considering building activities it's more the downtown and bayside areas.
Although here is some nice architecture to be seen, to me it often lacks the creativity shown in Southbeach.
