Dordrecht is one of the larger historic cities in the Netherlands, but is, despite its beauty somewhat forgotten.
The city has a nice waterfront towards the Oude Maas river, while its back faces the Merwede.
In this chapter I've put photos made in the historic city center, but also from the Leerpark, an education campus and a refurbished watertower, now Villa Augustus.
Just a few kilometers from Dordrecht is the windmill, Unesco site of Kinderdijk.
