This series is about Amersfoort, the second laregst city in Utrecht province and, almost in the heart of the country, a fast growing one.
You can find photos from the inner city of Amersfoort, and specific places over there like Muurhuizen and Hof.
Then there is the urban renewal area around the river Eem just outside the city center.
This is, in my opnion, quite a succesful renewal, with eyes open to both history and future.
Some further outside the center the series covers photos of the WWII camp monument, and, quite different, the Zoo.
