This chapter in my Sardegna/Sardinia series is about Nuoro and Oristano province.
Here you can find photos of Losa Nuraghe, one of the larger 4000 years old nuraghes on the island, and a wonderful site.
Then there are photos from Cuglieri and Santu Lussurgiu, charming villages, nesteled in the more remote areas in western Sardinia.
From along the sea there are photos of santa Catarina and san archittu, as well as fromn the ancient Phoenician city of Tharros.
