This metropolis special has photos of the German capital Berlin.
The series is divided in four chapters, dealing on the downtown area and just around.
Here the focus is on the large office district around Potsdamer Platz, more or less the new heart within Berlin, right on the spot where was the wall seperated two Berlins.
Within this chapter I've added a few photos from the early eigties, still the heydays of communism.
